<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in
<br />the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein HOMESTEAD
<br />SAVINGS, is Plaintiff, and EDWARD C. BRANDY and JANiCE E. BRANDY,
<br />husband and wife, et al., are Defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, Edward
<br />C. Brandt and Janice E. Brandt, husband and wife, of the amount
<br />due the Plaintiff on a certain mortgage executed by Edward C.
<br />Brandt and Janice E. Brandt to Superior Mortgage, Inc., dated
<br />February 12, 1982, and filed in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82- 000573 of the
<br />Real Estate Records of said County, on February 16, 1982, and assigned
<br />to Banco Mortgage Company, on February 12, 1982, and filed in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Docu-
<br />ment No. 82- 000870 of the Real Estate mortgage Records of said
<br />County on March 9,1982, and subsequently assigned to Homestead
<br />Savings on March 27, 1984, and filed in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 84- 004454, on
<br />August 27, 1984, wherein Edward C. Brandt and Janice E. Brandt
<br />mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff, the following described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Fifty -three (53), Potash Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgage and to have the same de-
<br />clared a lien on the interest of Edward C. Brandt and Janice E.
<br />Brandt and the real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have the
<br />real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found
<br />due together with costs of suit and to foreclose the Defendants
<br />of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of
<br />redemption whatever in and to the real estate and appurtenances Is
<br />thereto, together with such other and further relief as the Court
<br />may deem just and equitable.
