RELEASE AND REASSIGNMENT <br />OF REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, REGENCY CONSTRUCTION, INC. BY ROGER W. <br />LUFT, PRESIDENT AND STANLEY CARIN, JR., SECRETARY - <br />TREASURER has heretofore granted a security <br />interest in and assigned, transferred, and not over <br />unto COMMERCIAL NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY all <br />its rights, titles and interest in and to a <br />Contract to Purchase Real Estate concerning the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lot Eight (8) Block Eight (8) in Rollins <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />as security for a certain indebtedness and for <br />consideration for a certain indebtedness; and <br />WHEREAS, said described Assignment of Real Estate <br />Purchase Contract is dated December 3, 1979 and is <br />recorded as Document Number 79- 008010 on December <br />10, 1979 in the Halll County Clerk's Office; and <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the receipt of <br />valuable consideration COMMERCIAL NATIONAL BANK & <br />TRUST COMPANY has agreed to a Release and <br />Reassignment of Real Estate Purchase Contract; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, COMMERCIAL NATIONAL BANK & TRUST <br />COMPANY hereby acknowledges receipt of valuable <br />consideration due and owing by reason of the <br />Assignment of the above described'Real Estate <br />Purchase Contract, and does hereby release and <br />relinquish all right, title and interest therein <br />and hereby re- assigns said Real Estate Purchase <br />Contract to Regency Construction, Inc. <br />Dated this 1% day of N 1985. <br />COMMERCIAL NATIONAL BANK <br />& TRUST COMPANY <br />r <br />By: ;,�•� , <br />e President of <br />Omaha National Bank <br />as Attorney in Fact <br />
