Bahr, deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to <br />Keith A. Lepp, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76 -201): <br />An undivided 17.06% interest in The Northeast Quarter <br />(NE.1) of Section Thirty -six (36), Township Eleven <br />(11), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, except for 4.23 acres needed <br />for highway use, specifically subject to the life <br />estate of E.
