i <br />(j) Not more than twenty -five percent (25 %) of the <br />Bond proceeds will be used to provide facilities the <br />primary purpose of which is automobile sales or service <br />or the provision of retail food and beverage services, <br />recreation or entertainment and none of the Bond <br />proceeds will be used to provide any private or, <br />commercial golf course, country club, massage parlor, <br />tennis club, skating facility (including roller skating, <br />skateboard and ice skating), racquet sports facility <br />(including any handball or racquetball court), hot .tub <br />facility, suntan facility, racetrack, airplane, skybox, <br />or other private luxury box, any facility primarily used <br />for gambling, or any store the principal business of <br />which is the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption <br />off premises. <br />MM The weighted average maturity of the Bonds <br />is 15 years. <br />(k)(2) The average "reasonably expected economic <br />life" of the Project financed with the proceeds of the <br />Bonds is 26.04 years, as computed on Exhibit "C" <br />attached hereto. A list of the assets comprising the <br />Project financed with the proceeds of the Bonds and <br />their "reasonably expected economic lives" is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit *Cu. <br />(k)(3) The average maturity of the Bonds will not <br />exceed 120 percent of the average "reasonably expected <br />economic life" of the Project (including any facilities <br />substituted at any time for facilities acquired <br />initially with the proceeds of the Bonds) financed with <br />the proceeds of the Bonds, as determined by taking into <br />account the respective costs of such Project, as such <br />terms are described in Section 103(b)(14) of the Code. <br />(1) The cost of Accelerated Cost Recovery System <br />("ACRS ") (within the meaning of Section 168 of the Code) <br />assets comprising the Project and the cost of land and <br />other property, all of which have been or will be <br />financed with the proceeds of the Bonds is as follows: <br />-12- <br />�.1 <br />
