WARRANTY DEED <br />S5_... 006335 <br />FLOYD A. GEARHART AND ETTA S. GEARHART, husband and <br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the <br />other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration <br />of the sum of TWENTY -SEVEN THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS <br />(27,000.00), received from Grantee, do grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto DARYL BEILKE, JR., a single <br />man, the following described real estate situated in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Sixteen (16), Schimmer's Ad- <br />dition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together,with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's <br />heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the <br />said Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we <br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free <br />from encumbrance, except easements of record, and that we <br />have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and <br />we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, <br />claim and interest in and to the above described premises. <br />Signed this day of December, 198 <br />Floyd A.
