County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as, beginning <br />at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter <br />(1/4) of said Section, thence Southerly along and <br />upon the Easterly boundary line for a distance of <br />208- 71/100 Feet, thence Westerly paral It-1 with t_1he <br />Northerly boundary line of said Section for a <br />distance of 208- 71/100 Feet, running thence <br />Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of said <br />Section for a distance of 208 - 71/100 Feet to the <br />Northerly boundary line of said Section, running <br />thence Easterly along and upon the Northerly line <br />of said Section for a distance of 208 - 71%100 Feet, <br />to the place of beginning, <br />WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was given as security on the <br />payment of Trustors' Promissory Note made on the same (late to HRM, <br />Inc., a Nebraska corporation, 1638 Lin-,)In St., Blair, Nebraska, 68008, <br />Beneficiary and which Deed of Trust was recorded on the 21st day of <br />February, 1985, in the office of the Registrar of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and recorded as Document Number 85- 000903, and, <br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of the Trustors which <br />said Deed of Trust was made has occurred to-wit: That the Trustors <br />have failed, refused or neglected to nay the Beneficiary payments which <br />were contractually due from February 21, 1985 through this .late <br />together with interest accruing thereon. <br />THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN th =it the undersigned <br />Trustee, at the request of the Seneficiarv, has elertod to consider all <br />of the principal and interest immediately due and payable in <br />consequence of said default, and bas f-lert-od to sAl l the real estate <br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation. <br />L <br />
