<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE (Under Nebraska Trust Deeds Act)
<br />Know All Men by These Presents:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, a part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust
<br />Deed -Third Party executed by Mettenbrink Farms, Inc., a Nebraska
<br />corporation, Gary R. Mettenbrink and Roxanne Mettenbrink, husband
<br />and wife, John D. Mettenbrink, a single person, Lynn Mettenbrink,
<br />a single person, Thomas L. York and Carol A. York (a /k /a Carol
<br />MettenbrinX York), husband and wife, and Arlene Mettenbrink, a
<br />widow, to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association (successor,
<br />by merger, to Norwest Bank Omaha, National Association and
<br />Norwest Bank Omaha south, N.A.), as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association (successor, by
<br />merger, to Norwest Bank Omaha, National Association and Norwest
<br />Bank Omaha South, N.A.), the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />February 13, 1984 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 84-000718 has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed -Third Party in the following described premises
<br />but only as to such premises:
<br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW-,, NW:) of Section 4, Township 11 North, Range 9 West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
<br />point on the North line of said Section 4 said point
<br />being 392.55 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
<br />Section 4; thence easterly along the North line of said
<br />Section 4 a distance of 308.0 feet; thence southerly
<br />parallel to the West line of said Section 4 a distance
<br />of 298.5 feet; thence deflecting right 90 148104" and
<br />running westerly, a distance of 308.03 feet; thence
<br />northerly parallel to the West line of said Section 4,
<br />a distance of 300.85 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
