85- 006276 <br />6 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />This deed, made this 17th day of December ,1985, <br />between John A. Wolf, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., for- <br />merly First Savings Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; <br />and John S. Smith, Trustor(s). <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order <br />to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera- <br />tion, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on September 28, 1984, <br />recorded in the office of the Clerk of the county of Hall, <br />and identified as document number 84- 005108 convey <br />to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The North Half (N�) <br />Eight (8) in Block <br />LeFlangs' Addition <br />River, Hall County, <br />of Lots Seven (7) and <br />Nine (9) in McCall and <br />to the Village of Wood <br />Nebraska. <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- <br />vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, <br />claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through <br />the above- described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances <br />and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />JOHN.
