<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, con-
<br />veys, and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER 0? SALE, for the
<br />benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms
<br />and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property located in
<br />the City of Grand island , County of Hall ,
<br />State of Nebraska, and legally described as follows the "Property"):
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block Two (2) in Wiebe's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Principal and interest is payable in the amount of $250.06 per wnt.h for 180 con-
<br />secutive months, beginning January 1, 1986. In addition to principal and interest
<br />payments and payable at the same time as principal and interest, Trustor shall also
<br />pay an amount for taxes and insurance, currently estimated to be $70.74 per month,
<br />subject to adjustment annually in the event of changes in taxes and casualty insur-
<br />ance premiums. All payments shall be payable to the Trustee, Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />N.A., 202 West Third Street, P. 0. Box 1768, Grand Island, NE 68802.
<br />TOGETHER WITH, all rents, easements, appurtenances, herediLa-
<br />ments, interests in adjoining roads, rzreets and alleys, imnprovemont5
<br />and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all personal property
<br />that may be or hereafter become an integral part of such buildings
<br />and improvements.
<br />The Property and the entire e5Cate and interest conveyed to
<br />the Trustee are referred to collectively as the ".rust Estate ".
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
<br />a. Payment of indebtedness in the total principal amount of
