J <br />ORDINANCE N0. 07217 0062,E <br />An ordinance creating Sanitary Sewer Extension District No. <br />460 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; defining the bound - <br />aries of the district; providing for the laying of a sanitary <br />sewer in said district; providing for plans and specifications <br />and securing bids; providing for the assessment of special taxes <br />for constructing such sewer and collection thereof; repealing <br />Ordinance No. 7085; and providing for the effective date thereof. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA; <br />SECTION 1. Sanitary Sewer Extension District No. 460 of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying <br />of fifteen (15) inch and eight (8) inch vitrified clay pipe, or <br />polyvinalchloride plastic pipe, and appurtenances thereto which <br />the Mayor and Council find is necessary and advisable to extend <br />the sanitary sewer system beyond the existing system. <br />SECTION 2. The size, location and terminal points of the <br />sewer mains to be constructed shall be as follows: <br />The fifteen (15) inch sanitary sewer line shall be <br />constructed in Independence Avenue from Capital Avenue to <br />the north line of Capital Heights Eighth Subdivision. <br />The eight (8) inch sanitary sewer lines shall be located as <br />follows: <br />d&- <br />10 w <br />M In Marian Road from the west line of Buck Subdivision to <br />a - Northwest Avenue; thence in Northwest Avenue from Marian <br />CL Road to the existing utility easement between Pennsylvania <br />a Uj Avenue and Capital Avenue; thence in the existing utility <br />�- easement between Pennsylvania Avenue and Capital Avenue from <br />rs Northwest Avenue to Independence Avenue. <br />tj W <br />In the existing utility easement between Blauvelt Road and <br />Marian Road from Engleman Road to Northwest Avenue; thence <br />- in Northwest Avenue from the existing utility easement <br />between Blauvelt Road and Marian Road to the existing <br />utility easement between New York Avenue and Pennsylvania <br />Avenue; thence in the existing utility easement between New <br />York Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue from Northwest Avenue to <br />Independence Avenue. <br />In the existing utility easement between Claussen Road and <br />Blauvelt Road from Engleman Road to Northwest Avenue; thence <br />in Northwest Avenue from the existing utility easement <br />between Claussen Road and Blauvelt Road to the existing <br />utility easement between Vermont Avenue and New York Avenue; <br />L thence in the existing utility easement between Vermont <br />Avenue and New York Avenue from Northwest Avenue to <br />Independence Avenue. <br />J <br />
