<br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and
<br />remove sanitary sewers, manholes, and other apourtenances, upon,
<br />over, in, and through the South eight (8) feet of Lots Five (5)
<br />and Six (6) of Ross First. Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 1,096 square
<br />feet (0.025 acre), as shown on the plat dated 10/30/84, marked
<br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted iagresg
<br />and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of
<br />exercising the rights herein granted, to clear anti keep clear of
<br />trees, roots, brush, and other obstructions from the Surface of
<br />such tract. ?any such utilities -and aopurtenances placed upon,
<br />over, and under such tract of land Shall remain the orooerty �E
