CARRUTH and ROSIE CARRUTH, husband and wife, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration ofn� <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey <br />unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a :municipal Lorporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called <br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way <br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and <br />remove sanitary sewers, manholes, and other appurtenances, upon, <br />over, in, and through the westerly thirty -four and twenty -five <br />hundredths (34.25) feet of the southerly eight (8) feet of Lot 9, <br />and the southerly eight (8) feet of Lot 10 of Ross First <br />Subdivision, said tract containing 822 square feet (0.019 acre), <br />more or less, as shown on the plat dated 10/30/84, marked Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; <br />together with the fell --wing rights, namely, unrestricted ingress <br />and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of <br />exercising the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear oL <br />trees, roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of <br />such tract.
