85-- 006245 <br />NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />NOTICE is hereby given by Frieda M. DeHart, John H. DeHart, <br />and Linda DeHart, as Sellers, and Casey A. Fry and Diana Fry, as <br />Buyers, that the following described real property has been sold <br />under an Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate dated the <br />day of October 1985. The property sold under said Contract is <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3), in Block Three (3), Original Town, in <br />the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />surveyed, platted, and recorded, <br />and all personal property located on the real estate. <br />The Sellers have executed, acknowledged, and delivered a <br />deed conveying the real estate herein, which deed is held in <br />escrow by A e escrow agent, ERA Conestoga Realty, Inc., pursuant <br />to the sale contract, which provides that the Seller retains a <br />first lien on the real property to secure fulfillment of the <br />contract terms by the Buyers. The Buyers ar5 entitled to posses- <br />sion of the real estate from and after the r' day of C- ei> <br />1985.
