TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE $5- 006207 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JEAN W. ROCKWELL & MILDRED L. ROCKWELL, Husband and Wife, to AREND R. BP.ACK, Trustee, for the benefit of OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, the beneficiary named therein, dated August 29, 1984, and recorded September 6, 1984, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 84- 004689, has been paid, and said benefici- ary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accord- ance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to such premises; Lots Three (3) and Four (4) and the western Thirty -Three (33) Feet of Lot Two (2), all in Block Eighteen (18) in Rollins' Addition to the City Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurte- nances belonging to such premises. ;i.
