in <br />-- 006205 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />HAWTHORNE SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Lonnie D. Hawthorne and Jacqueline L. <br />Hawthorne, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, <br />as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section <br />Four (4). Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more partic- <br />ularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW 1/4); <br />thence northerly along the East line of said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW 1/4) a <br />distance of four hundred ninety -two and two- tenths <br />(492.2) feet to the southerly right -of -way line of the <br />Burlington Northern Railroad; thence northwesterly <br />along said right -of -way line a distance of one hundred <br />forty -three and fifty -four hundredths (143.54) feet; <br />thence deflecting left 105 degrees 27 minutes 02 <br />seconds and running southerly a distance of five <br />hundred thirty and sixteen hundredths (530.16) feet to <br />the South line of said Section Four (4); thence <br />easterly along the South lire of said Section_ Four (4) <br />a distance of one hundred forty -four and eighty -eight <br />hundredths (144.88) feet to the place of beginning, and <br />containing 1.660 acres, more or less, <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is iocatrd within the corporate liMits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as HAWTHORNE SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be <br />laid out and particularly describing the lots, easements, and <br />street belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by <br />U <br />I <br />
