<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation,
<br />herein called the Grantor, in consideration of TEN AND NO 1100
<br />DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from
<br />Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto PETERSEN FARMS, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein
<br />called the Grantee, the following- described real. estate situtated
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />A parcel of real estate being a part of Lot one (1) of
<br />Wilson's Subdivision of part of Section Three (3),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., and more completely described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point Two Thousand Four Hundred Eleven
<br />and One -Tenth feet (2,411.111 west and Thirty -Two feet
<br />(32') south of the northeast corner of Section Three
<br />(3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said section
<br />corner being the northeast corner of Lot one (1) of
<br />said Wilson's Subdivision; thence running in a south-
<br />westerly direction upon and across said Lot One (1) a
<br />distance of One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty -Seven feet
<br />(1,4271) to a point Nine Hundred Twenty -Two and Four -
<br />Tenths feet (922.41) south and Fifty -One feet (51')
<br />east of the intersection of the section line between
<br />Sections Three (3) and Thirtv -Four (34) and the center
<br />line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company's right -of-
<br />way, thence in a southerly direction parallel with the
<br />center line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company's
<br />right -of -way a distance of Seven Hundred Thirty -One and
<br />Six - Tenths feet (731.61) to a point on the south line
<br />of said Lot One (1) of Wilson's Subdivision where said
<br />line leaves the premises.
<br />By the execution of this Quitclaim Deed, it is the intention
<br />of the Grantor herein to vacate the easement granted to the
<br />Grantor by that certain Agreement between William H. Quillin and
<br />The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation,
<br />dated March 30, 1943, and recorded at Book 17, Page 192.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns forever.
