Jeffres, a single person, hereby <br />assign to the Five Points Bank, all rights, title, and interest <br />arising from a Real Estate contract dated the 4th day of April, <br />1983, whereby Bessie I. Dubois agrees to buy and we agree to sell <br />the hereinafter described real estate: <br />Lot Eleven (11), Block One (1), Lakeview Addition, Hall <br />County, Nebraska (204 E. Ashton) <br />This assignment and transfer is, however, subject to the condition <br />that if certain promissory note dated December 6•, 1985 in the <br />total amount of $58,000.00, said note maturing December 6, 2000 <br />given by Susan L.
