The <br />grantee hereby releases and discharges any and all liens and claims <br />under and by virtue of the mortgage aforesaid for a deficiency judgment. <br />The grantors further covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute <br />an absolute conveyance of title to the premises to the grantee herein <br />in effect as well as form, and is not intender', as a mortgage, trust <br />conveyance, or as security of any kind and that possession of the <br />premises is delivered concurrently herewith.
