<br />GRANTEE., Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an officer of the United
<br />States of America, whose address is in c/o Director, V.A. Regional
<br />Office, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
<br />§ 76 -201):

<br />GRANTOR convenants (jointly and severally, if more than one)
