<br />$58,000.00, which Note is secured by a Mortgage dated August 14,
<br />1980 and recorded as Document No. 80- 004296 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Peeds of Hall County, Nebraska, hereby conveys to
<br />GRANTEE., Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an officer of the United
<br />States of America, whose address is in c/o Director, V.A. Regional
<br />Office, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
<br />§ 76 -201):
<br />Lot Twenty, Western Heights Third Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, a /'r, /a 1714 Bridle Lane,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />GRANTOR convenants (jointly and severally, if more than one)
<br />with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against
