<br />ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Harry N. Walters, Administrator
<br />of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, party
<br />of the first part, for good and valuable consideration to him in hand
<br />paid by National Mortgage Company, 4041 Knight Arnold Road, Memphis, Tennessee
<br />38118, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto said
<br />second party a certain indenture of mortgage bearing the date of July

<br />husband and wife, each in their own right, mortgagors, in favor of
<br />Administrator of Veterans Affairs, Mortgagee, and conveying:

<br />a part of the East One -half (Eli) of Section 9, Township 11, North, Range 9, West
<br />of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as:
<br />That portion of Lot 18 lying South of the southerly line of 20th Street except
<br />for the southern 25 feet, therof, in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on
<br />July 31, 1985 , in 2kcAx Doc #85- 003642 of
<br />Mortgages, WWWXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX* together with the note therein described,
<br />PAYMENT GUARANTEED UNDER VA REGULATION 4600
<br />To have and to hold the same unto said second party, its successors
<br />and assigns subject only to the provisions in said indenture of mortgage
<br />contained.
