ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Grand Island, Nebraska, party of the first
<br />part, in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS
<br />($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION to it in hand paid by
<br />FRANK E. GALLUP, party of the second part, receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these presents does sell,
<br />assign and transfer unto the said party of the second part that
<br />certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 1st day of March,
<br />1985, made by RICHARD E. STEPHENS, JR. and BARBARA G. STEPHENS,
<br />husband and wife, in favor of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, Grand Island, Nebraska, and conveying the following -
<br />described property:
<br />An undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in and to
<br />Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (4) , Five
<br />(5) and Six (6) in Piccadilly Square Subdivision,
<br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT Part of Lots One (1) and
<br />Six (6) deeded in Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 77- 004876 and Part of Lot Four (4)
<br />deeded in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No.
<br />83- 002101;
<br />in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage
<br />was recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of said
<br />County on the 1st day of March, 1985 as Document No. 85- 001039,
<br />together with the notes or obligations therein described, without
<br />recourse or in any event or for any cause.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
<br />second part, his executors, administrators or assigns, subject
<br />only to the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage con-
<br />tained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Overland National Bank of Grand
<br />Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, has hereunto set its hand and
