1 85--. 005996 WARRANTY DEED RUTH E. HARRINGTON, single; JOHN A. HARRINGTON, also known as JOHN HARRINGTON, single; and SUE ANN FITZPATRICK and EUGENE FITZPATRICR, wife and husband, herein collectively called GRANTORS, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($lO.OD) and the satisfaction and cancellation of the mortgage indebtedness against the property conveyed hereunder owing from GRANTORS to THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, a corporation, herein called "GRANTEE," conveys to GRANTEE, the real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76 -201) described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and by this reference incorporates} herein as if fully set forth. GRANTORS, jointly and severally, covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS: 1. Are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, except easements of record and existing roads and highways; 2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and 3. Warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons. GRANTORS hereby relinquish all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above - described real estate. This Warranty Deed is given as an absolute conveyance, GRANTORS having conveyed said re!;l estate to GRANTEE for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration being satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Mortgage executed by GRANTORS to GRANTEE, as Mortgagee, recorded in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 80- 006034. GRANTORS declare that this conveyance is freely, voluntarily, and fairly made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed, between GRANTORS and GRANTEE with respect to said real estate.
