<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST, is made this 2nd day of December , 1985, by and
<br />among Edwin C. Sittler and Janice K. Sittler, husband and wife, Trustor,
<br />whose mailing address is Grand Island, Nebraska; The Sherman County Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, Trustee, whose mailing address is Loup City,
<br />Nebraska; and the Sherman County Bank, a Neuraska Corporation, Beneficiary,

<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys and
<br />assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and
<br />security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms of this Trust Deed,
<br />the real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
