Benker (Debtors), of a Lease dated December 1,1985, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor, and Jerry L PA-nker and Tagnna M Ranker is (are) the Lessee or Assignee of the original Lessee, such lease commenced December 1,1985 and terminates November 30 2020 , and pertains to: (description of leased premises) The Southerly One -Half of Lot 8, and all of Lot 9, having a lake front footage of 75 Feet, situated on the West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the EkSA in Section 13, Township 11, Range 9, Ball County, Nebraska, bounded on the Northerly side by the common road; such lot is shown on a plat in the possession of the Lessor Said Conditional Assignment, to which this Lessor consents, was given by said Debtors to Home Federal Savings and Loan Association (Secured Party), as additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of $ 40.000.00 - , and a Financing Statement covering the above described premises and securing the payment of said note (bond).
