A <br />ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />For value received, the undersigned hereby assigns unto Lyle A. Fisher <br />all of their right, title and interest as one of the Lessors under that <br />certain Land and Building Lease dated November 7, 1975 (commencing March 1, <br />1976), and amended or modified by addendum dated September 5, 1977, Addendum <br />#2 dated November 24, 1979 and Third Addendum dated March 22, 1985, between <br />the undersigned and Lyle A. Fisher, etl., as Lessor, and M & W Auto Co., Inc., <br />(assigned to Mid - America Auto, Inc., March 31, 1985) as Lessee, in respect to <br />certain real property and improvements thereon legally described as: <br />Lot One (1) Woodland First Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The undersigned further assigns all their right, title and interest unto <br />Lyle A. Fisher the personal guarantees dated November 7, 1975, September 5, <br />1977 and November 24, 1979 wherein Galen L. Moon and Patricia A. Moon, husband <br />and wife, absolutely and unconditionally guaranteed to Lessors the faithfull <br />performance by M & W Auto Co., Inc., its successors or assigns, the terms and <br />conditions of the Land and Building Lease referred to herein. The undersigned <br />further assigns all their right, title and interest unto Lyle A. Fisher the <br />personal guarantee of Gary T. Gish and Roy A. Smith dated March 18, 1985 <br />wherein each of them jointly and separately unconditionally guaranteed the <br />faithful performance of Mid - America Auto, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, of all <br />covenants of the Lease referred to herein. <br />The intent of this assignment is to vest all of the right, title and <br />interest in the referred to Land and Building Lease, and any guarantees <br />thereof, unto Lyle A.
