Franke, as Mortgagor, in respect <br />to certain real property and improvements thereon legally described <br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. <br />The intent of this assignment is to vest all of the right, title <br />and interest in the referred to Real Estate Mortgage unto Lyle A.
