i s " `--� 005877 MORTGAGE RIDER This hider, dated the 27th day of November 19 '85 , amends the mortgage of even date by and between Charles E. Oxner and _Cathy J. (buyer the borrower(s), and THE EOUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the mortgagee, as follows: 1. in Paragraph E_1., the sentence which reads as follows is deleted., "Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole, or in an amount equal to one or more monthly payments on the principal that are next due on the note, on the first day of any month prior to :maturity; Provided, .however, That written .notice of an intention to exercise such privilege is given at least thirty (30) days prior to prepayment." Z. :Paragraph E.1. is amended by the addition of the following., "Privilege is reserved to pay the debt, in whole or in par*_, on any installment due date." 3. Subsection (a) of Paragraph E.2. is deleted. 4.. Subsection (c)(1) of Paragraph E.2_ is deleted. 5. In the third sentence of Paragraph E.3., the words "all payments made under the privisions of (a) of Paragraph F..2. hereof wY.•ich the mortgagee has not become obligated to pay the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and" are deleted. 6. The fourth sentence of Paragraph E.3. is amended t_ the insertion of a period after ". . . then remaining unpaid under said mortgage note" and deletion of the remainder of the sentence. 7. Paragraph E.12. is amended by the addition of the following: "This option may not be exercised when the ineligitility for insurance under the National Housing Act is due to the mortgagee's failure to remit the mortgage insurance premium to the Department of housing and Urban Development."
