<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />IN THE MATTER OF
<br />JOHN CARL COCHRAN and
<br />JUDITH ANN COCHRAN,
<br />DEBTOR.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

<br />IN BANKRUPTCY
<br />CASE NO. BK85 -1382
<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by
<br />John Carl Cochran and Judith Ann Cochran, hereinafter referred to
<br />as "Debtor ", whether one or more, in the United States District
<br />Court for the District of Nebraska on the 19th day of June, 1985,
<br />and said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the 10th day of
<br />July, 1985; and,
<br />WHEREAS, on the 19th day of June, 1985, by Order of said
<br />Court the undersigned was appointed Trustee of the estate and ef-
<br />fects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now acting as
<br />such Trustee; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the
<br />15th day of October, 1985, of his intention to sell property at
<br />private sale; and,
<br />WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said
<br />sale on or before November 15, 1985, with the Bankruptcy Clerk,
<br />this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to John
<br />Carl Cochran and Judith Ann Cochran, hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Buyer ", whether one or more, for the amount of $750.00, the fol-
<br />lowing described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Seven (7), Packer and Barr's
<br />Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned did, pursuant to said Notice, sell
<br />said property to said Buyer at private sale pursuant to said No-
<br />tice.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of
<br />said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the
<br />Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said
<br />application and for other valuable consideration, do hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Buyer, its represen-
<br />tatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and in-
<br />terest as such Trustee, subject to all encumbrances of record,
<br />the above described property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its repre-
<br />sentatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and completely as
<br />I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice con-
<br />firming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy Act might or
<br />should sell and convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein
<br />and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said Trustee
<br />either individually or as such Trustee.
