Dolan, being first duly sworn <br />on oath, deposes and states as follows: <br />1. ' That on June 6, 1985, he was appointed the Trustee <br />in the above - entitled bankruptcy and makes this affidavit upon <br />personal knowledge. <br />2. That on July 31, 1985, he gave written notice to <br />all parties in interest of said bankruptcy estate that he <br />intended to convey to William Gideon the following described real <br />property to -wit: <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter, Section 19, Township 10 North, Rana_e <br />11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, except .45 acres allowed for <br />highway, and except for Lot 1, Platte Acre <br />Subdivision, an addition to the City of wood <br />River, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />a true and correct copy of which notice is attached hereto ar.d <br />marked Exhibit "A ". <br />3. That he has received no objections to the sale of <br />said real estate to William Gideon as set forth in the terms of <br />the attached notice, and that no objections to said sale have <br />been filed with the Clerk of United States Bankruptcy Court for <br />the District of Nebraska as of the date of this affidavit. <br />Dated: November 20, 1985 <br />"� / L. an <br />
