Dolan, Trustee of the above estate, proposes <br />to and will sell the property described on Exhibit "A" hereto after November 1, <br />1985. <br />The property shall be sold at private sale, subject to the following <br />terms and conditions: the sale will be made to William Gideon, for the sum <br />of $1,450 per acre, and subject to the terms of the Uniform Purchase Agreement <br />dated June 38, 1985. <br />The date and place of this sale are: after November 1, 1985 at the <br />offices of the Grard Island Trust Co., Grand Island, Nebraska, 68802. <br />If no objection to such sale is filed with the Court and served upon <br />the Trustee on or before five days before the date set for the proposed sale, <br />no hearing will be held and the above- described real property will be sold <br />by the Trustee.
