85-'- 005830 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE This deed, made this 19th day of November , 1985, between John A. Wolf, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., for- merly First Savings Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; and Billy B. Wright and Hildegard Wright, husband and wife of each other and each in his and her own right, Trustor(s). Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera- tion, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on November 17, 1982, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the county of Hall, and identifiel as document number 82-- 004897 , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: Lot Six (6) in Block Thirteen (13) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and All that part of Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hun- dred Forty (140) of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition lying more than 66 feet West of the East line of said fractional Lot Seven in frac- tional Block One Hundred Forty of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor(s). Therefore, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
