85- 005829 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE This deed, made this 19th day of November , 1985, between John A. Wolf, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., for- merly First Savings Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; and Billy B. Wright and Hilde Wright, husband and wife of each other and each in his and her own right, Trustor(s). Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera- tion, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on January 20, 1982, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the county of Hall, and identified as document number 82 -- 000211 , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: Commencing at a point on the northeast corner of fractional Lot Seven (7), in fractional Block One Hundred Forty (140), in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition, thence con- tinuing in a southerly direction along and upon the easterly boundary line of said fractional Lot Seven (7), a distance of one hundred thirty - two (132) feet, thence continuing westerly along and upon the south boundary line of said frac- tional Lot Seven (7), a distance of thirty -three (33) feet, thence continuing in a northerly dir- ection parallel to the east line of said frac- tional Lot Seven (7), a distance of one hundred thirty -two (132) feet to the north boundary line of fractional Lot Seven (7), in fractional Block Thirteen (13) in Russel Wheeler's Addition, thence continuing in do easterly direction along and upon the north boundary line a distance of thirty -three (33) feet to the point of beginning, both being additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbufore mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor(s).
