That she is the surviving spouse of Donald E. <br />Hoffman, who died on the 3rd day of October, 1985, a <br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska. That at the date of <br />death, the undersigned and the above -named decedent were <br />husband and wife. <br />2. .That a copy of the Death Certificate for Donald <br />E. Hoffman certified by the Director, Bureau of Vital <br />Statistics, Nebraska State Department of Health, to be true <br />and correct, is attached hereto. <br />3. That all interests in property, both real and <br />personal, owned by Donald E. Hoffman on the date of death, <br />passed to the undersigned surviving spouse by Will, or in <br />the manner set forth in Section 77 -2002 R.R.S. Nebraska.
