1� <br />EASEMENT 85-005808 <br />THIS EASEMENT is made and entered into this ,day of <br />Noveaber, 1985, by and between VANOSDA L SOFTBALL FIELDS. INC. <br />A Nebraska Corporation, hereinafter "Vanosdall" and Ilo <br />Antpwep, hereinafter referrred to as "Antorrsen ". <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part is the owner of real <br />estate described in Exhibit "A" incorporated herein and made a <br />part hereof by this reference, and, <br />WAS, the Party of the Second Part is the owner of a <br />parcel of land adjacent to the first- mentioned land- <br />WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part has agreed, in <br />consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to be paid to him <br />by the Party of the Second Part, to grant to the Party of the <br />Second Part an easement of right of way over the land described <br />in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this <br />reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the said agreement and in <br />consideration of the sum of ONE LuLLAR :$1.00) paid by the Party <br />of the Second Part to the Party of the First Part, the receipt <br />and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, the Party of the <br />First Part hereby grants unto the Party of the Second Part, her <br />successors and assigns, the right and liberty for the Party of <br />the Second Fart, his tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, <br />L J <br />L <br />
