<br />MODIFICATION AND E)=SION AGREEMENT
<br />KENNETH B. and MARILYN M. KNOX, Husband and Wife, whether one or more,
<br />herein called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Grand Island, Hall. County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree
<br />as follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage
<br />dated September 26, 1984, and recorded on October 19, 1984,as Document 184- 005571
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of
<br />a certain mortgage note for $148,386.66, a valid subsisting obligation of the
<br />Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest
<br />thereon shall be due according to the terms of the aforementioned real estate
<br />mortgage, modified and payable in the following manner:
<br />A mortgage note dated September 26, 1984, on which a
<br />principal balance of $1.42,008.43 remains unpaid, will
<br />Le repaid in monthly payments of $2,226.00 applied
<br />first to interest and balance to principal beginning
<br />November 25, 1985, and on the 25th day of every month
<br />until October 25, 1987, when the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, plus accrued interest, is due and payable in full.
<br />The interest rate on the unpaid principal. balance shall be
<br />lowered from 14.25% per annum to 12.75% fixed per annum.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate
<br />mortgage dated September 26, 1984, shall remain the same, and this Modification
<br />Agreement is made a part of the original real estate mortgage by reference and
<br />shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
