85,E 0057? 4 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That John L. Larma II and Irene M. Larma, husband and <br />wife, hereinafter referred to as Grantors, for One Dollar ($1.00) <br />and other good and valuable consideration as more fully set forth <br />below, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, his successors and <br />assigns, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, the following <br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit: <br />Lot Sixteen (16), in Le Heights Fourth <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />To. have and to hold the above- described premises, <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances <br />thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to his successors and <br />assigns forever. <br />And the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee and <br />with Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantors are lawfully <br />seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance <br />except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record and except <br />real estate taxes delinquent in 1985 and future years; that the <br />Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect <br />as well as in form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust <br />conveyance, or security of any kind. The consideration therefor <br />is the full release and discharge of all debts, notes, <br />obligations, costs, and charges heretofore subsisting on account <br />of and by the terms of a certain mortgage executed by John L. Larma <br />II and Irene M. Larma in the sum of $63,000.00, given to <br />Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, and dated <br />March 10, 1983, recorded March 15, 1983, as Document No. 83- <br />001267, the acceptance of this Deed being in full satisfaction of <br />said indebtedness as aforesaid, and terminating said mortgage. <br />Dated this LTl day of 1985. <br />Joh7 L.
