<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Delbert D. Theasmeyer
<br />and Lois A. 'Theasmeyer, husband and wife, Grantors, do hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Ross - Theasmeyer Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, commonly known as 4135 Arizona,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance
<br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of
<br />homestead, claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or
<br />any part thereof, in consideration of the full cancellation and
<br />satisfaction of the mortgage to the Equitable Building Loan and
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded June 15, 1979 as
<br />document number 79- 003791, filed in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having
<br />conveyed said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate
<br />consideration, such consideration being; full satisfaction of the
<br />obligation secured by the mortgage of Grantors recorded as
<br />Document 79- 003791 together with cancellation of the Bond given
<br />by Grantors with the above mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no a6reements, oral or written, other
<br />tnan this Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said
<br />real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described real estate with the
<br />appurtenances tnereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, ebraska, a Nebraskta
<br />corporation, anti its successors and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantors, Por themselves and their heirs and assigns, hereby
<br />covenant With the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns, that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises;
<br />chat the Grantors have good and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and that the Grantors warrant and will defend the title to
<br />said premises unto the said Grantee and its successors and
<br />assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
