<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Delbert D. Theasmeyer
<br />and Lois A. Theasmeyer, husband and wife, Grantors, do hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot Six (6), in Ross- Theastiteyer Subdivision, Hall.
<br />County, Nebraska, commonly known as 3016 Idaho,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenance
<br />to the saaie belonging, and all the estate, title, right of
<br />homestead, claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the sawe, or
<br />any part thereof, in consideration of the full cancellation and
<br />satisfaction of the mortgage to the Equitable Building Loan and
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded November 9, 1979
<br />as document number 79- 007455, filed in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having
<br />conveyed said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate
<br />consideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of the
<br />obligation secured by the mortgage of Grantors recorded as
<br />Document 79- 007455 together with cancellation of the Bond given
<br />by Grantors with the above mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and niat there are no agreements, oral or written, other
<br />than this Deed 'between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said
<br />real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described real estate with the
<br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said The Equitable Buildin and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, and its successors and assii;ns forever, and the
<br />Grantors, for theoiselves and their heirs and assigns, iiereby
<br />covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns, that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises;
