<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned William G. Blackburn, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated June 7,
<br />1985, executed by Gabriel A. Bedish, Jr., as Trustor, in which
<br />Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Bene-
<br />ficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No. 85- 002810, and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points
<br />Bank of "rand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey
<br />reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has
<br />been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to recon-
<br />vey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto;

<br />provisions of such Trust Deed and
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />to the person or persons entitled
<br />by said Trustee thereunder in and

<br />The East 293 feet and 4 incites of the west 586 feet
<br />and 8 inches of the South Nine (9) acres of the East
<br />lialf of the Southeast Quarter (EASE%) of Section Four
<br />(4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6th P.M. The nine acres being the land des -
<br />cribe,d in Book 58, page 124, of Hall County records,
<br />conveyed to Otto Ii. !�embolt, the tract above conveyed
<br />to said Be(iish having a width of 293.3 feet and a depth
<br />running North from the South line of said section of 1 8
<br />rods containing about 2 acres.
