<br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED
<br />GEORGE WILLIAMSON and MARY T. WiLLIAMSON, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of LOVE. and AFFECTION, convey to
<br />GEORGE WILLIAMSON and MARY J. WILLIAMSON, husband and wife
<br />(the same persons as the GRANTORS), GRANTEES, as joint tenants
<br />and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Section 76 -201, Reissue Revised Statutes of
<br />Nebraska 1943):
<br />Lot Four' (4) and the North Forty -Three (43) Feet
<br />of Lot Five (5), in Block Two (2), Axt and Hagge's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />surveyed, platted and recorded;
<br />Part of Lot One (1) in Block Two (2) in Axt & Hagge's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point on the West boundary line of
<br />said Lot, which point is 91.5 Feet North of the
<br />Southwest corner of said Lot one (1), running thence
<br />North on said westerly boundary line for a distance
<br />of 18.75 Feet, running thence in a northwesterly
<br />direction along and upon the westerly boundary line
<br />of said Lot for a distance of 32.8 Feet to the

<br />an easterly direction along and upon the northerly

<br />being a rectangular tract of ground, having a South
