<br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED
<br />GEORGE WILLIAMSON and MARY T. WiLLIAMSON, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of LOVE. and AFFECTION, convey to
<br />GEORGE WILLIAMSON and MARY J. WILLIAMSON, husband and wife
<br />(the same persons as the GRANTORS), GRANTEES, as joint tenants
<br />and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Section 76 -201, Reissue Revised Statutes of
<br />Nebraska 1943):

<br />surveyed, platted and recorded;

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
