Summers and others are defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said defendants of the amount due plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 8th day of December, 1979, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10th day of December, 1979, as Docu- ment No. 79- 008016, wherein Raymond W. Jorgensen and Diana L. Jorgen- sen, mortgaged and conveyed to plaintiff the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The Southerly Sixty -six and Five Tenths (66.5) Feet of Lot Five d5), in Block One Hundred Four (104), in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared a lien upon the interest of Terry L. Summers and others, in said real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have said real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, together with the cost of suit and to foreclose the said defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption whatever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just and equitable.
