That she is the surviving spouse of Delmer C. Hopkins, <br />who died on the 16th day of August, 1983, a resident of <br />County, Nebraska. That at the date of death, the undersigned <br />and the above named decedent were husband and wife. <br />2. That a copy of the Death Certificate for Delmer C. <br />Hopkins, certified by the Director, Bureau of Vital Statistics, <br />Nebraska State Department of Health, to be true and correct, <br />is attached hereto. <br />3. That all interests in property, both real and personal, <br />owned by him on the date of death, passed to the undersiqned <br />surviving spouse by Will, or in the manner set forth in Section <br />77 -2002 R.R.S. Nebraska.
