<br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED
<br />The Grantor,, STAHLA MOBILE HOMES, INC., a corporation
<br />organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, in consideration of partial cancellation of
<br />indebtedness, received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the. following-
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A parcel of land situated in the West Half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (WhNEk) of Section Fifteen (15),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said W-� of NEB of
<br />Section 15; thence South along the East line of said Wh
<br />of NEh,,a distance of 670.9 feet; thence West at right
<br />angles, a distance of 80 feet to a point in the south-
<br />easterly line of that certain strip of land, 80 feet
<br />wide, for Highway U.S. 30, heretofore granted by Union
<br />Pacific Railroad Company to Department of Public Works
<br />by Quitclaim Deed dated March 4, 1930, which point is
<br />the true point of beginning of this description, then
<br />South along a straight line parallel with and 80 feet
<br />distance westerly, measured at right angles from said
<br />East line of Wh of NEh of Section 15, a distance of 385
<br />feet; thence West at right angles, a distance of 150
<br />feet; thence North at right angles, a distance of
<br />124.62 feet; thence northerly along a curve to the
<br />right having a radius of 756 feet, tangent at its point
<br />of beginning to the last described line, a distance of
<br />83.96 feet; thence northerly along a straight line,
<br />tangent at its point of beginning to the end of the
<br />last described curve, a distance of 114.09 feet to a
<br />point in said southeasterly line of that certain strip
<br />of land, 80 feet wide, for Highway U.S. 30, heretofore
<br />granted to Department of PuL -tic Works by said Deed
<br />dated March 4, 1930; thence northeasterly along said
<br />southeasterly line of Highway U.S. 30, a distance of
<br />146.97 feet to the true point of beginning;

<br />line of Highway U.S. 30; thence South along a straight
<br />line parallel with and 80 feet distant westerly,
<br />measured at right angles from said East line of Wh of
<br />NE4 of Section 15; a distance of 505 feet to the true
<br />point of beginning of this description; thence continuing
<br />South along the last described line produced, a distance
<br />of 100 feet; thence West at right angles, a distance of
<br />150 feet; thence North at right angles, a distance of
<br />100 feet; thence East at right angles, a distance of
<br />150 feet to the true point of beginning;
