NOTICE OF DEFAULT $5 005540 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Terry L. Giboney and Pattie G. <br />Giboney „ Trustors, did on or about the 10 day of April 1981, <br />make, execute, and deliver unto James Simdorn, as Trustee, a <br />Trust Deed, wherein said Trustors conveyed the following <br />described real property: <br />West Seventy Seven (77) Feet of Lot Two Hundred Twenty <br />Eight (228), in West lawn, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained <br />from State Bank of Dannebrog, Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, <br />which Trust Deed was recorded on the 10 day of April 1981, in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No.' 81- 001779. Said Dead of Trust was assigned to The <br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, on the 10 day of April 1981, and <br />said Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19 day of <br />May 1981, as Document No. 81- 002575, which Assignment was re- <br />recorded on February 5, 1982, in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82- 000468. A <br />Substitution of Trustee was filed naming Lawyers Title Insurance <br />Corporation as successor Trustee, on August 19, 1981, in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 81- 004257, and subsequently John k. Brownell was <br />named successor Trustee in a Substitution of Trustee document <br />filed on October 31, 1985, in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 85- 005428. <br />You are fur her notified that there has occurred a breach of <br />an obligation ei the Trustors for which the trust property was <br />conveyed as security, to -wit: That the Trustors have failed to <br />pay the Beneficiary payments which were cont-ractually due on <br />May 1, 1985, through this date, together with interest accruing <br />thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to <br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with <br />interest thereon, at once due and pavable and has elected to sell <br />or cause to be sold the real property described in said Trust <br />Deed to satisfy said obligation. <br />DATED this 17� day of November 1985. <br />John R.
