I <br />85-= 005533 <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />SS. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The undersigned, Daniel Woitaszewski and Violet Woitaszewski, <br />being first duly sworn upon oath, do hereby depose and state as <br />follows: <br />1. We are the record owners of the following described real <br />estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty -Eight <br />(28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) <br />West, of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. Situated on said real estate are six grain bins, four <br />of which we have acquired and own individually, and two of which <br />are owned by the Woitaszewski Brothers, a Nebraska General <br />Partnership, (hereinafter "the Partnership "). <br />3. We claim no right, title or interest in the grain bins <br />owned by the Partnership, nor do we claim any interest in <br />the grain stored in said grain bins. <br />4. After the completion of the 1985 harvest, the four <br />grain bins owned by us on the above- described property will be <br />leased in total, or individually, by the Partnership for the <br />storage of grain harvested by the Partnership, in which <br />grain we claim no right, title or interest. <br />5. The Partnership has installed the following personal <br />property on the above- described real estate, and we claim no <br />right, title or interest in said property: <br />u <br />
