<br />A. The Trustees shall pay at convenient intervals,
<br />but not less frequently than quarter-annually, all of the
<br />net income, if any, derived from the trust estate to or for
<br />the benefit of the Grantor so long as she shall live.
<br />B. In addition, if in the opinion of the Trustees
<br />the Grantor is incapacitated, the Trustees may, in their
<br />sole discretion, while such incapacity continues, apply all
<br />or any part of the net income and principal toward the
<br />maintenance, support and welfare of the Granter in such
<br />amounts and in such manner as the Trusteos miy determine
<br />without regard to the other means of support availabje
<br />to the Grantor.
