<br />RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein;
<br />we, hereby release the mortgage of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
<br />Dollars ($150,000.00), made by Ramon L. Mieth and Kathleen L.
<br />Mieth, on the following described property, to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S }NW}) and the
<br />North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N }SWi) of Section Four
<br />(4) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West
<br />of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, less
<br />and excepting, however, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />transferred by warranty deed by Everett S. Mieth and Augusta
<br />C. Mieth, husband and wife, Trustees of the Everett S. and
<br />Augusta C. Mieth Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July
<br />14, 1975 as tenants in common, to Norman S. Mieth and Sherri
<br />L. Mieth, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br />said deed dated December 18, 1980, and being recorded in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which mortgage is recorded as Document No. 81- 000273 Grantor
<br />Index M, Grantee Index M, and the assignment of which is recorded
<br />as Document No. 85- 000719 Grantor Index M, Grantee Index 2, W, M,
<br />M of the records of the County of Hall., and State of Nebraska.
