That the undersigned currently hold a lien against: i Lot One Hundred and One (101), Belmont Addition to the City of Grand island, Hal' County, Nebras +:a, consisting of a mortgage filed August 25, 1 983, Register ;I of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, under document number 83- 004500, in an initial amount of $35,000 with !' Dynasty Enterprises, Inc., A Corporation, as mortgagor. 2. That mortgagor Dynasty Enterprises, nc., A ;Corporation, desires to borrow funds from Equitabl<: Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, :Nebraska, secured by a mortgage on said property. That the undersigned are stockholders in Dvnasty Enterprises, Inc., A Corporat_on, and will indirectly benefit from the lending of such funds. 3. That said lender is willing to loan :noney to Dynasty Enterprises, Inc., A Corporation, only if the undersigned subordinate their present lien (mortgage filed under document number 83- 004500) to that of lendc.�'s 4.
