<br />OMAHA NATIONAL BANK, herein called Grantor, in consideration of
<br />One Dollar ($1.00) , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
<br />grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND 1SLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal. corporation in Hall Countv, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon,
<br />overhead and underground electric power lines, transformers, terminals,
<br />cables, surface markers, and other appurtenances connected Lherewith, in,
<br />upon, above, along, across, underneath, and through a tra(:t of land located in
<br />part of Castle Estates Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; mere pe;rti.•ularl+'
<br />described as follows:
<br />The Southwesterly five (5.)) feet of Lots Forty Six (46)
<br />and Forts, Nine (49) of Castle Estates Subdivision;
<br />And the Northeasterly fLve (5.0) feet of Lot Fort,: Seven
<br />(47) of Castle Estates Subdivision.
<br />The above described tracts of land containing it total. of
<br />0.04 acres, more or Less as shown on the plat dated
<br />10/17/85, marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto, and
<br />incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with all rights of ingress and egress k,r install.:tion and me.inten:ince
<br />Of such overhead and underground electric power lines and appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessr,ry f,�r
<br />the full and complete use, occupation, and enjovment of the easement herein
<br />granted, including but not limited to the. right to excrivate and refill ditches
<br />and trenches; to remove trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions
<br />interfering with the location, construction, Lnspection, repair, replacement,
<br />removal, and maintenance of such overhead and underground electric power lines.
