<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />Notice is hereby given that on r7!e ev 27, 199,15,
<br />Citicorp Homeowners, Inc., as Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Ralph C. Bowman
<br />and Nancy J. Bowman, husband and wife, and Karen R. Bowman, as
<br />Defendants, the object and prayer of said Petition being to
<br />foreclose a real estate mortgage held by Plaintiff on the
<br />following described property, to -wit:
<br />A part of Lot Eighteen (18) of the County
<br />Subdivision of part of the South Half (S%)
<br />of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, now in the Village of
<br />Doniphan, Nebraska, more particularly des-
<br />cribed as follows: Beginning at the North-
<br />west corner of Lot Four (4), Bartelt's
<br />Subdivision in the Village of Doniphan,
<br />Nebraska, thence running West a distance
<br />of One Hundred Forty -Two (142) feet to the
<br />Southwest corner of Lot One (1), said
<br />Bartelt's Subdivsion; thence running
<br />south on the east line of Church Street in
<br />said Village of Doniphan a distance of
<br />seventy -five (75) feet; thence running
<br />east a distance of One Hundred Forty -Two
<br />(142) feet to the southwest corner of said
<br />Lot Four (4) thence running north on the
<br />west line of said Lot Four (4) a distance
<br />of Seventy -five (75) feet to the point of
<br />beginning and containing 0.244 acre more
<br />or less,
<br />which mortgage was given by the said Ralph C. Bowman and Nancy J.`-
<br />Bowman in favor of First National Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, on
<br />-
<br />February 29, 1980, and subsequently assigned to Banco Mortgage
<br />Company on February 29, 1980, and then again assigned to Plaintiff
<br />on November 30, 1981. Said Mortgage was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 29,
<br />1980, as Document No. 80- 000918, and the assignments thereof on
<br />February 29, 1980, as Document No. 80- 000921, and on February 22,
<br />1982, as Document No. 82- 000659, respectively. Plaintiff is now
<br />praying for the sale of the above described property for the
<br />purpose of satisfying its costs of suit in the amount found due
<br />pursuant to its mortgage.
